Riebeek Valley celebrates olives

THE annual Riebeek Valley Olive Festival will take place from May 3 - 4 and will again celebrate award-winning olive oils and wines from the Swartland region.

The festival, hosted by Riebeek West and Riebeek Kasteel, will highlight the region’s olive industry and is an opportunity for visitors to sample the neighbouring wine farms.

Visitors to the festival can look forward to olive grove tours, olive and olive oil tastings, wine cellar tours and wine tastings, cheese tastings, farmers’ markets, art exhibitions and performances by musicians.
